Initially, I would like to express gratitude to the hotel for warmly receiving my family and me with open arms upon our arrival. Despite my fatigue and discomfort from the wind, they provided exceptional care and comfortable accommodations on the most pleasant floor. The ladies' hospitality was impressive, and their friendliness made me feel like old friends .Not to mention Lady Vicky, who oversees the indoor swimming pool, was amazing; the kids loved her, as she demonstrated patience and trust with each individual, clearly exemplifying expertise in her role, certainly deserving of recognition and a raise. 99.99% star

Nicely located near the city, at the same time isolated. My family enjoyed that. The house keepers were very pleasant! The front desk receptionist was generous and the breakfast was nice and simple but even with my picky kids they had yummy muffins for them to eat. The pool was great ! The water is not too deep so my kids were able to be alone and I didn’t have to worry too much. The slide is always a great plus because the kids enjoy it alotc even the adults were all over it

Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. Room was really big and mostly clean. Water park attendant was fantastic! My kiddos loved all the water fun and it was perfect for them-the bigger pool is only 3 foot deep. We enjoyed the hot tub and the staff was mostly very friendly!

pull out clothesline in the bathroom was a great addition for a family place and the pool was fun for the kids although small. Hot tub was crowded so I didn’t get in. The deal we got was great and the kids had a lot of fun. Close to everything so you can doordash anything
